Kiko Bright Real Estate Investments was founded from my own personal interest in real estate, property ownership, and creating long-term value through thoughtful investments.

My journey into real estate grew from an interest in owning, improving, and understanding property. Over time, that interest developed into a larger vision — building a portfolio of quality homes, renovating properties with purpose, and making investments designed to create lasting value.

Kiko Bright represents that vision. I take a hands-on approach to each property, from identifying opportunities and planning improvements to managing rentals and determining when a property is best held or sold.
